When you suggest jobs from Platsbanken, an email is sent to the participant with the selected job listings. You can track which ads have been sent and whether the participant has clicked on any of them.
A report showing this activity is available in the participant’s profile.
How to track activity

Open the participant’s profile
Navigate to the participant overview and select the relevant profile. -
Download the report
If job suggestions have been sent via Platsbanken, a downloadable activity report will be available.

The report includes information about which jobs were sent and whether the participant clicked on any of the listings.
