Suggest Platsbanken jobs to a participant

Use profile data and "details" to quickly match participants with relevant jobs from Platsbanken.

You can suggest jobs to a participant based on their profile and job listings available through Platsbanken. The more complete the profile is, the more relevant the suggestions will be.

When suggestions appear

The system will generate an initial set of job suggestions when the participant has at least one "detail" for:

  • Industry

  • Language

  • Location

After that, suggestions are shown as matching jobs are published on Platsbanken, based on existing "details" and the date of the last batch.

If the participant lives in a sparsely populated area and has many specific "details", it can be helpful to remove some of them to broaden the results.

Steps to suggest jobs

  1. Open the participant's profile and add information about their experience.
    This can be done manually or by uploading a CV.Panel (1)-1Notification

  2. Once the profile contains enough data, the system will generate job suggestions automatically.

  3. Click to view the suggestions.

  4. Deselect any jobs that aren’t relevant.

  5. Click “Send to participant” to share the selected suggestions by email.   Alert

Summary:
Job suggestions are based on the tags in the participant’s profile. Once industry, language, and location "details" are added, suggestions will be generated and can be sent with a few clicks.
