Sort candidates in Zynca by newest or highest rating directly in the pipeline or filter them by job match and information in the job posting.

How to Sort Candidates in a Job Posting or Column in Zynca

You can easily sort candidates in Zynca by following these steps:

  1. Select the job posting
    Open the relevant job posting in Zynca.

Sort Directly in the Pipeline

  1. Hover over the column you want to sort in.
  2. Choose whether to sort by:
    Newest candidate
    Highest rating

Sort Directly in the Job Posting

  1. On the right side of the job posting, you’ll find two sorting sections:
    Filter by job match
    Filter by candidate information
    Row (1)
