Search and sort participants

Use filters and sorting options to quickly find the participants you want to work with.

Search

You can easily search for a specific participant by entering their name in the search field at the top of the participant overview.

Sorting options

You can sort participants based on several criteria:

• Recently updated – Shows profiles most recently edited

• Least recently updated – Shows profiles edited the longest time ago

• A–Z – Alphabetical order by first name

• Z–A – Reverse alphabetical order

• Newest created – Profiles created most recently

• Oldest created – Profiles created earliest

• Highest value – Profiles with the highest score

• Lowest value – Profiles with the lowest score

  

Filter by profile details

You can also filter participants by specific details added to their profile. Common filter categories include:

• Industry

• Language

• Location

• Education

These details help narrow down your selection and make it easier to focus on relevant participants.
