Platsbanken allows you to connect an unlimited number of recruitment tools simultaneously, enabling you to publish job openings from each platform in parallel. However, only one “technical contact” can be registered per account—this person serves as Arbetsförmedlingen’s primary point of contact for all integration-related questions and troubleshooting. Typically, the technical contact is either a specialist from your

recruitment tools

vendor or an internal IT representative.

To ensure smooth operations:

  1. Designate a single technical contact. Choose the individual responsible for overseeing your connection

  2. Keep Arbetsförmedlingen informed. Whenever you add a new tool or change your technical contact, provide the name, email address and telephone number of the new contact.

  3. Channel all support through the registered contact. Regardless of how many tools connections you maintain, Arbetsförmedlingen will direct all technical inquiries to the person you’ve registered.

Maintaining up-to-date contact information minimizes delays and prevents confusion when managing or troubleshooting your integrations.
