By configuring direct transfer, you can seamlessly send your Zynca job ads to Arbetsförmedlingen’s Platsbanken automatically.
Register an Employer Account
1. Go to https://www.arbetsformedlingen.se/arbetsgivare and click “Logga in / Registrera konto.”
2. Select “Skapa nytt konto som arbetsgivare,” choose BankID or username/password, then enter your organization number, legal name, contact person and email.
3. Accept the terms, complete any verification, and confirm you can access “Mina sidor.”
Apply for Direct Transfer
1. Log in to the employer portal on Arbetsförmedlingen.
2. Click “Anmäl intresse” to register your interest in direct transfer.
3. Fill in and submit the form exactly as shown in the support article.
4. Wait 1–3 business days for Arbetsförmedlingen to process the request.
5. Check your email to see if the request is complete.
Retrieve Your Sender ID
1. Log back in and go to “Mina sidor” → “Kontohantering.”
2. Copy the number under “Företagsuppgifter” – this is your Sender ID.
3. Open company settings. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Company Settings."
4. In the settings menu, click on "integrations" 
3. Insert the Sender ID in Zynca.
4. You are now able to transfer job ads to Platsbanken.
