How to Connect Your Calendar to Zynca

By connecting your calendar to Zynca, you can simplify the scheduling process for meetings and interviews, allowing you to focus on the conversation itself. This feature streamlines scheduling by syncing your availability and integrating video-based services.

Connect a Calendar

  1. Select your name to access your account settings

  2. Start the connection process
    Click on "Scheduling" to begin the setup process.

  3. Choose a calendar service
    Select your calendar provider and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to Zynca.

Adjust Your Availability

You can define your working hours and available time slots directly in Zynca. This allows you to control when you are available for meetings. Choose the time slots when you are available for interviews and other types of meetings.

Save and Start Scheduling

Once your settings are adjusted, save your changes. Zynca will automatically handle scheduling based on your availability.
You can disconnect your calendar anytime through the same menu.
