Manually add candidates to job postings in Zynca by filling in their details through the Kanban board.

How to Manually Add a Candidate to a Job Posting in Zynca

If you need to manually add a candidate to a job posting that didn’t come from the career page, follow these steps:

  1. Select the job posting
    Open the relevant job posting in Zynca.
    Panel (1)

  2. Add a candidate
    Click on any plus button (+) within the pipelines

  3. Enter candidate details
    Fill in the required information, such as:
    Name
    Contact information
    CV or application details
    Pipeline - Candidate

  4. Save the candidate
    Click "Done" to save the candidate’s details.
